Rev Teresa Taylor talking to a group of Children by the cross – along with crosses produced by the children

This year we will be celebrating Easter by transforming our Church into the Easter Experience.

We last ran this event in 2013 – which saw over 700 local school children come into Church to engage with the story of Easter in a different, interactive way. In addition to this, on Good Friday the Church doors were open to the local community to allow them to view the exhibits and relax in our Church which a hot drink and hot cross bun.

This year, once again the Church will be transformed once again to include a number of stations which each illustrate an event from the Easter story. Again, over 700 local school children will visit to experience Easter out of the classroom, and once again our doors will be open to the community.

We warmly invite you to join us at the following events, during which the Easter Experience will be open for you to look at and reflect on the true meaning of Easter.
