HARVEST WEEKEND

Friday Oct 2nd 10.00-12noon we will be decorating the church for Harvest. This year the number of “decorators” will be down, owing to illness etc, so we really do need more help. You really don’t have to be expert at this, so if you can spare a half hour or so then please come along .No special colour scheme, just a riot of colour in thanksgiving and praise to God

Saturday Oct 3rd 6.00pm Harvest Supper “Bring and Share” in the Church Hall. Tea/coffee & soft drinks available but you are welcome to bring “something stronger”. Everyone welcome, and there will be family/team games. There is a sign up list in church to help with numbers and to indicate what food you are able to provide. We are holding a raffle for mission so any donations of raffle prizes will be welcome. Contact Ruth Oakley 07826312630 email: mummyruth@hotmail.co.uk

Anne Willets has the following items for sale – tv stand, dressing table, 2 pairs of curtains. The proceeds will go to our mission partners in Peru. For further details speak to Anne – Tel. 9575119

SIDESPERSONS 10.30am SERVICE

The numbers of persons acting as sidespersons has fallen over the past year and more volunteers to take on this role would be appreciated. The sidesperson is often the first person seen by anyone attending a service and although not too onerous a task it is very important. If you think you could perform this role, or would like more details speak to me or Roger, or one of the current Sidespersons. Derek (Turner)
