THURSDAY COMMUNION

Holy Communion is on Thursday September 24th @ 10 am in Church. The service lasts about 40 minutes and is followed by a cup of tea/coffee and a chat. It would be good if one or two more people, men as well, would join us for this “friendly” service.

SIDESPERSONS 10.30am SERVICE

The numbers of persons acting as sidespersons has fallen over the past year and more volunteers to take on this role would be appreciated. The sidesperson is often the first person seen by anyone attending a service and although not too onerous a task it is very important.

If you think you could perform this role, or would like more details speak to me or Roger, or one of the current Siderspersons. Derek (Turner)

A sincere “Thank you” to all the ladies and gentlemen who have faithfully been cleaning the Church for many years. The good news is that from the beginning of September, the Church and the Church Hall will be cleaned by a team of professional cleaners. These cleaners will clean the church once a week, either Friday or Saturday and of course the Hall will need cleaning several times a week.
